Protection:

• Chairs should have protectors or chair slides to prevent damaging of the floor.
• Sharp objects can damage Resilient Floors.
• Stiletto heals can and will leave indentation on most floors.
• Rubber backed mats may discolour your floor. Use only those with assurance from the mat manufacturers.
• Some floor may stain from traffic or asphalt driveway sealers.

Maintenance:

• Sweep your floor regularly to remove loose dirt.v
• Damp mop with manufacturers recommended cleaner (or clear non-sudsy ammonia to remove dirt and grime).
• Wipe up spills immediately.
• After time washing alone may not be sufficient to give you floor that sparkling look.
• Over time the finish of your floor will need re-storing. Use only manufacturer approved maintenance products. The use of non-approved products may void any guarantees.

Manufacturers Warranties:

• Every manufacturer has their patented products with different warranties depending on wear layers and special finishes, ranging from 5 to 20 years. Please refer to the manufacturers warranty and further maintenance instructions on Jordans’ website at www.jordans.ca or contact your salesperson at your Jordans store.
• The manufacturer and Jordans do not warrant any product sold as off grades.
• All Jordans’ full service installations carry a 2 Year Warranty.
• In the unlikely event that you may need to exercise your warranty you will be required to show proof of purchase.
